Once I’ve got a deeper understanding of what you’re after, I’ll turn your brief into a tidy, itemised proposal with scope, deliverables, and timing. If it all looks good, give it the tick and we’ll get cracking.

With the proposal approved and the deposit sorted, I’ll roll up my sleeves and get stuck into the work — building, fixing, designing, or untangling. You’ll get check-ins, updates, and the odd “look what I just did!”.

I’ll walk you through whatever we’ve created together. You’ll get handy how-to docs or videos, and I’ll make sure you’re confident using it. And don’t worry, I’ll be around for questions and those “umm, how do I…?” moments.

Once everything's done and dusted, I'll hand over the keys to you, or if you’d like me to stick around for ongoing support, that’s on the table too. Totally up to you.
