PLATFORM & CONNECTIONS

Good Thanks primarily builds in Wix Studio, Shopify, or Squarespace, and will recommend the best fit based on your needs. The questions below help clarify any existing setup and whether your site needs to connect to other tools.

Do you have an existing platform or hosting you'd like to stay on?
Would you like competitor research and a design direction recommendation before building begins?

Discovery is highly recommended if you're in a competitive market or not sure what direction to take. This is where Good Thanks researches where you sit in your market, competitors, and trends, then a direction is recommended before a single page is built. Light Discovery ($490) or Full Discovery ($990). The fee is deducted from your build if you go ahead.

Are you interested in connecting your website to other tools or systems?

e.g. booking software, CRM, email marketing, social feeds, payment systems, calendars.

Do you have your imagery ready?

Photography, illustrations, or other visuals for the site.

Do you already have a domain?

Your domain is your website’s URL, for example www.yourbusiness.com.au. If you don’t have one yet, that’s totally fine.

SEO + MAINTENANCE

How important is being found on Google/AI for specific keywords (SEO)?

This affects how much SEO work is included in the build.

How do you plan to handle website maintenance after launch?

Websites need occasional updates, security checks, and content changes.

APPROVALS + TIMELINE

Besides you, is anyone else involved in approving the designs?

e.g. a business partner, co-founder, manager, or investor. Multiple approvers can affect timelines.

How quickly can you typically turn around feedback during the project?

Slow feedback is the biggest cause of project delays. Being honest here helps plan the timeline realistically.

What is your ideal timeline?

When would you like the site to be live?

Is your launch date flexible, or is there a hard deadline?

e.g. a business launch event, campaign, or opening date.

Good Thanks website packages start from $1,800 for a basic site, and $2,500 for a Shopify store. Mid-range builds typically sit between $3,500–$5,500. Complex or large-scale projects are quoted individually.

What’s your budget for the website build?
